I'm really enjoying the WW1 challenges!
This time the criteria was White with maps and travel embellishments.
(and cant really vie for the Scrap Therapy prize - but I just love the challenge -big smile)
Here's my interpretation:
My eldest daughter Meaghan hot-air ballooning over Turkey
Had a bit of fun with this...
The maps and the hot-air balloons have been cut from fabric which have been stuck down and stitched on the white cardstock. I've picked up the little flags from the fabric and used bigger ones as well. The little 'one way' sign gives the direction of 'up' for the travel along with little clouds. And use of gesso for some texture
