Off and running with Jennifer Grace's
First up, a tag... just to get the juices flowing...
(along with a chance for the Grand Give-away!)
halving the tag with two different papers.. one being 'busy'
and fussy cutting - so I cut out a little 'bauble' and added some sequins to it.
Nothing like a bit of tinsel to tie it up with!

Next comes the first Challenge!
Pretty much the inspiration criteria (and we can take it as we like, take a little or a lot...
And I went with framing and the gold centre....
I carved this lino cut back in 2010
And I still just it (just like a stamp)
To do the 'framing' part - I used a 'stitch' stamp onto the outside
of the linocut printed image. I've bought a few 'Smooches' lately and
got to say how much I love them... especially for fine stamp work..
just paint onto the stamp.. and my stitches worked a treat!

Then I couldn't resist the inspiration criteria with little trees in the row..
And went with subtle 'bling' with this one!
It's hard to see where the black cardstock base for the card front stops and
the black background starts!
Again, another little lino cut done in 2011 (I think) and still use it!

These are all so gorgeous! I love the fussy cut bauble on the first, the gold smooches on the second, and that bling 'ho ho ho' on the third is fantastic! I'm so happy to see you joined in lots again! x
