Paper dvizhnik Challenge #41 Symmetry

Paperdvizhnik's Symmetry Challenge is just that - quite a challenge!
Cutting a diecut 12x12 down and in half, edged in lace on background cardstock worked a treat for the symmetry part....
It is a great challenge though,  having some fun using a couple of our Downton Abbey tour
photos....  The beauty of scrapbooking is that we get to re-live those moments again as we create.... No need to tell any of you that!!  Preaching to the converted! LOL
The window is the curved front window of the Crawley House that we Downton fans recognise (big smile). The real truth is, its a private residence and only the exterior of the house is used in the TV series.  The interior is fictional, created and filmed in the London studio.   SO, like 'paparazzi' Paige lifted her camera high above the wall to take a photo. (In true scrapbooking style - with much encouragement from me.... she's much taller!)
You can find the symmetry challenge

Oh, what a fun page, Mandy! Love your use of symmetry here. Cutting the 12x12 die cut in half worked a charm. Love how you edge it in lace, and love the bits of water coloring you added. And super fun photo treatment! Love the silhouette cut, and love how you place Paige below the window...really tells the story of her shooting up and over the wall!
